Just finished my first week back teaching, i forgot how much i enjoy it. The week flew in, these kids are so hilarious, the first few weeks are extra funny because their picking their English names! Teletoby, random, and cornflake among the funny one's today, and three friends who wanted to call themselves oh, my and god! I have no doubt this cuteness will wear off in a matter of weeks, im gunna enjoy it while it lasts!
I'm two days into my 6 week sobriety challenge. Feeling great. First challenge in a few hours, meal with the teachers after school, always a lot of alcohol consumed, having a drink would be so much easier than trying to explain 'lent' to them. But i must be strong, if anything i want to get through the first weekend unscathed. Paddy's day is coming up also, don't know how I'm going to navigate my way through that one sober.
